Background

In 2019, Delaware Health Sciences Alliance (DHSA) launched Delaware Day, a recruiting event targeted to senior residents interested in securing employment in Delaware.  DHSA brought together for the first time Delaware’s health systems for a joint recruiting effort.

Delaware Day 2021

For the 2021 Delaware Day event, DHSA will host a virtual recruiting event, in light of the Covid-19 climate.  Detailed below are the anticipated openings for physicians and advanced practice providers from our participating partners.  DHSA will receive CVs and disseminate appropriately to Health System recruiting partners for opportunities anticipated in the fall timeframe.

Additionally, DHSA will host a live virtual event on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 10:00am – 11:30am.  The virtual event will include a panel discussion with our recruiting partners as well as virtual networking opportunities. Attendance for this event, while encouraged, is not required to participate in Delaware Day.

    • The subject of your email should be “Delaware Day 2021 Opportunity Interest”
    • Your email should include:
      • Your updated and current CV
      • Detailed list of the opportunity/opportunities you are interested in including position and institution.
      • Cover letter for interest.
    • Emails with interest should be provided asap, but no later than Friday, September 24, 2021.
