In 2019, DHSA facilitated an inaugural joint recruiting effort by all Delaware health systems.
As part of DHSA’s goal of keeping Delaware doctors in Delaware, medical residents in their penultimate year of training were offered the chance to network with all six major health systems in the State for open job opportunities.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DHSA shifted to a virtual recruiting effort for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Delaware Day events.
