Background
In 2019, Delaware Health Sciences Alliance (DHSA) launched Delaware Day, a recruiting event targeted to senior medical residents interested in securing employment in Delaware. DHSA brought together for the first time, Delaware’s health systems for a joint recruiting effort.
For the 2020 Delaware Day event, DHSA is shifting to a virtual recruiting event in light of the Covid-19 climate. DHSA will receive CVs and disseminate appropriately to Health System recruiting partners for opportunities anticipated in the summer and fall timeframes.
